General Terms and Conditions of our online shop www.etnikaslog.com are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2, Official Gazette of RS, no. 98/04). By using our website, you accept and agree to all provisions of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to printing errors.

All buyers who are interested to purchase in our online store, must register first to see the prices.

REGISTERED USERS:

All buyers who are interested to purchase in our online store, must register first to see the prices.

After successful registration, our staff will, in our working time (Monday through Friday) proceed to activate the user's account. After activation, the user will receive a confirmation email. The user can then access to our retail prices and shopping in our online store.

Register to our online store is voluntary; each registered user can at any time request that the provider deletes the data provided by the user during the registration. The deletion terminates the status of a registered user, and the user lose everything they had as a registered user. The user can register again at any time he want.

PRICES IN THE ONLINE SHOP

All shop prices are in Euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to daily change the prices.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Purchase is possible only for registered users.

Purchase in our online store is possible after the user (after the registration) sing up at our online shop. Once the user has signed in and have access to all pricing, can select the desired item. Products are divided into different categories. To order the desired item, the user (where is clear and possible) select the desired colour and size. The user selects the quantity. To confirm the order of the desired item, the user must click the "add to cart".

The user can proceed with the purchase or he can finish the purchase. For the conclusion of the purchase, the user clicks the "check out".

Then the user is transferred in the cart, where appear all ordered products, with desired quantity and properties. At this step, the user can still delete items for which it may be reconsidered.

Users must agree to our terms and conditions for the continuation of purchase.

Then, the user selects the mode of delivery and payment method.

To confirm the order and send it in the process, the user must click on the "I confirm my order".

If the user chooses the method of payment "bank transfer", he must wait for the payment, for the confirmation that the ordered product in the desired colour and size is still available.

DELIVERY:

We send our items:

* In Slovenia with the company d.o.o.,

* In Europe with companies BRT Express Courier.

Times of delivery:

* in Slovenia 1-2 working days,

* in Italy 1-2 working days,

* in Europe 3-5 working days (for the exact date of delivery, the user will be informed at the time by email).

Price of the delivery:

WE WILL SEND YOU THE EXACT COST OF DELIVERY ONCE THE ORDER IS PREPARED. FOR ORDERS SUPERIOR OF 500,00 € THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE FREE!

* For other parts of Europe is not possible to pay by cash on delivery.

RETURN OF GOODS:

Our customers, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) can within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, send an e-mail to info@etnikaslog.si, the purpose to return purchased goods, and then return them to our company, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods. Goods can be returned at your expense, and the improvement of the following conditions:

* The bill must be enclosed,

* The goods are return without any damage and with the etiquette.

By satisfying the above conditions, we will replace the goods or return the purchase.

The goods can be returned on the address: Etnika Slog trgovina d.o.o., Gojače 6 F, 5262 Črniče, Slovenija.

Postal cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. We do not accept items that do not meet our terms and conditions.

The customer can demand return of the purchase price, which is remitted to the customer's bank account no later than in fifteen (15) days of receipt of the request.

COMPLAINTS:

Buyer can complain anbd return the goods within eight (8) days of purchase if the seller sent the wrong product, the wrong quantity or colour.

The customer can in this case require a replacement of the same faulty product.

The product can not be claimed if:

- goods have been manufactured according to the instructions of the consumer or has been adapted to their personal needs,

- have passed more than 8 days of the recievement of the goods,

- if we find that goods have been damaged due to improper or careless handling of the customer,

- the goods are not accompanied with the original bill or invoice,

- the goods are removed from the original packaging,

- the original labels are removed,

- signs of use are visible.

SAFETY AND THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY

Our customer’s information and data are carefully protect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. The data are stored on servers protected by password and access is limited. Online store Etnika Slog have good care of the security of your personal information and

respecting your choices for its intended use. User's data will in no case be handed over to a third party. All data collected through the online store Etnika Slog will only be used for sending information material, offers, invoices and other necessary communications.
